How to jump the production queue:
 
If you need your order dispatched ASAP, add this product to your cart & complete your order as you usually would. 

Orders with Express Post selected received before 12pm AEDT/AEST are dispatched the same business day, so if this speed will fit your time frame, there is no need to purchase a "Queue Jump". 

A Queue Jump is only available for orders placed between:
12:01pm and 2pm.
Contact us before ordering a Queue Jump after 2pm!

Pricing for a Queue Jump for a bulk order is based on the size of the order and the available time frame for production. 
 
IMPORTANT:
Ensure you select an express delivery method at checkout. Express Post transit and delivery time is 2-4+ business days and Startrack Premium Express is 1-3+ business days to most locations usually, excluding any mail or freight delays that are beyond any control or claim.
 
You accept the Queue Jump product terms & conditions by adding this to your cart and making the purchase. 

Once the order leaves us we have no control over it.
Any rare, unforeseen or uncontrollable freight or mail delays that could occur that may delay your delivery are 100% beyond Custom Icing's control.

If a delay with the delivery occurs it does NOT entitle you to a refund.
You place a Super Urgent Order, with your tight time frame at your risk not ours.

WAFER PAPER & WAFER CARD:

FOOD GRADE EDIBLE INK:
Water, Glycerin, Citric Acid E330, Preservative E202, Food Colour: E104, E122, E133, E151, E110.

Orders placed before 12pm with an Australia Post shipping method selected will leave us the same business day.

Urgent orders can usually be accommodated most days. Please contact us with your requirements & time frame and we will see what's possible for you. 

Bulk orders of 5 sheets or more (or >100 circles) of any product, may require additional 1-2+ business days to produce.
