Orders placed before 12pm midday (AEST/AEDT) with an express shipping method chosen are dispatched the same business day.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to select the correct delivery method for their location and available time frame. We ship from postcode 2655.

Bulk orders require more time to make.  Contact us with your requirements before placing an order. Rush order fees apply where required to meet specific time frame requests. 

Changes to orders can only be made before the order has been processed.
Please contact us ASAP if you need to make any changes to your order.
All changes must be made in writing via email and confirmed by Custom Icing via reply email.

All delivery and transit times provided by Custom Icing are to be considered as an estimate. Excat transit time frames arenot available from any freight carrier or Australia Post.

Custom Icing cannot and will not be held responsible for items once they have been dispatched from our premises, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the retail legislation. We provide the option for signature on delivery to be selected to add transit insurance to items.  If not selected, no claim for loss or damage in transit will be accepted. 



INSURANCE

All Australia Post and Startrack items have limited insurance for loss or damage in transit. To be entitled to claim against loss or damage in transit "signature on delivery" must be selected when choosing the shipping method at checkout. By choosing to not have a signature on delivery, you remove your entitlement to claim against loss or damage in transit.   
Deliveries day and time cannot be guaranteed.
On very rare occasions mail and freight can be delayed and this is completely beyond our control and responsibility.
No refunds are given for late deliveries unless under exceptional circumstances found after a thorough investigation with the freight company. For example: Freight company error. Mail and freight delays are beyond any control. No claim for compensation for late or delayed delivery can be made.

NOTICE: In the rare event of there being a delay in delivery, Custom Icing is not liable or responsible for any losses.
Unforeseen events that cause freight and transport delays are not and cannot be insured against and are not refundable.
