*No tracking or insurance: No claim against Custom Icing for any mail delay by Australia Post or if the item goes missing or is damaged in the mail can be made. Custom Icing is not responsible for or liable for an item or losses or damages of an item that is in the possession of Australia Post, in line with Australian consumer law.
Any request or claim for a refund or compensation for a "late" or "missing" Snail Mail or untracked and uninsured item will be rejected. It remains the purchasers choice and decision to select track and insure the item or not. Custom Icing does not choose for you when you are placing an order. We offer these untracked and uninsured shipping options as they are cost effective. They are not risk free from Australia Post that you must consider this before selecting the shipping method for your order.
Select a tracked shipping method for Australia Post insurance to be applied to the item. No exceptions will be made for claims on untracked items as it is the purchasers risk to take not Custom Icing's.
