Preview Service

A PDF file of your design, shown actual size, will be created and emailed to you for you to approve.
Please allow 1 business day for the preview to be created. It's not computer-generated. 
A real human will work with your image/s to create the best possible result for you. 

Please note: If you order 4 Custom Icing Edible Image Cake Toppers for example, you will need 4 previews if you wish to see all 4 designs via email before they are made.  
If there are multiple design previews requested and only 1 paid for, we will send you an email to update your order to the correct number required. 
Alternatively, you can provide "ready to use" image files that don't require a preview. 

If your image file is high resolution and the correct size you require for your Custom Icing or Edible Wafers, you don't necessarily need a preview.  If you don't know if your image will be clear at the size you have ordered, a preview is recommended. 

If you would like same-day dispatch with express shipping, a preview will not be possible. 
To remove a preview request from your order after placing it, please contact us by email ASAP.
