CAN'T ADD TO CART
  • First ensure that you have clicked the copyright acknowledgement
  • If you are trying to upload your image via the order process, ensure your file is under 2MB
  • Try clicking the box indicating that you will email your image to us. If this works then once you have gone through checkout and paid for your order, you will receive an automatic email from our system confirming we have received your order. You will just need to reply to this email, attaching your chosen image

ORDER PROCESS APPEARS TO BE STALLING AND/OR WONT LET YOU THROUGH TO CHECKOUT

  • Try clearing your browsing history to refresh your internet
  • Try logging on and off incase it is a poor internet connection
  • If you are using a mobile device (mobile phone, tablet etc) try logging on via a computer (ie: desktop / laptop etc) to see if this will rectify your problem
CAN'T MAKE PAYMENT
  • If PayPal sends an error message saying that they can not process your credit card. you will need to contact your financial institution or PayPal directly as we have no control over your funds, your card or any sensitive information held by PayPal or your financial institution
  • Alternatively, you can try another card
I HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL INDICATING I HAVE NOT COMPLETED MY ORDER
This is an automatic email generated from our system. What this email is indicating is that there is an order in our system that you have started but have not completed.
If you later logged in and placed another order, this time through to checkout, you will have received our automatic email confirming your order and this will include a tax invoice. In this case, you can just ignore the email asking you to complete your order as the system can not recognise that you have actually logged in at another time and placed another order.
