Water, Cornstarch, Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup Solids, Firming agent (Cellulose - plant based), Sorbitol, Glycerine Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Gum Arabic, Emulsifier (Polysorbate 80), Vanilla, Whitener (Titanium Dioxide), Citric Acid (preservative).

NOTE: As with all food colouring, it is advised that consumption may have an adverse effect on the activity and attention of children, especially those that are sensitive to food additives.

HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?
The icing sheet will last over 3 months when stored correctly. When you receive your order, you will receive a full sheet of instructions which includes storage information both before and after applying your image to your cake and also instructions on how to take your edible icing sheet off the backing sheet.
HOW THICK IS IT?
The icing is a thin piece of sugar, similar to the thickness of a piece of cardboard. Unlike cardboard though, it is very flexible and easy to work with. Over time, the icing sheet will mould to the frosting/fondant etc you have put on your cake for a seamless and fascinating effect for your special cake that will remembered for years to come by your guests.
ARE ALL ICING SHEETS THE SAME?
No, they are not.
We import premium icing sheets for our own use. We have tested our icing in all conditions, we have even destroyed it with moisture in order to make sure we can accurately explain how to recover it, should you be using it for example, in Northern Australia on a day that has 90% humidity.
Unlike some icing sheets and edible image sellers, where those operators say they can not make edible images in the heat of the day, our icing is not affected by heat, only moisture (humidity). A nice, dry 40 degree day is not a problem for us and makes removing the icing from it's backing sheet extremely easy.

ARE ALL EDIBLE IMAGES THE SAME?

No, they certainly are not!
Please have a look at the photo below of a huge cake that uses 9 individual edible images to cover it.
The 2 bottom right sections were made by someone else/another company, not us here at CustomIcing.com.au. As you can see the colours are significantly different to what they should be and are even inconsistent between those 2 edible image sheets. The white area is pink, the blue area is grey and the grey area is purple!

There are a number of contributing factors that have caused these replacement edible images to be such poor quality and all of which can be avoided if the person/company making them knew what they were doing and used quality products. One reason is that the equipment being used may be dirty or need to be replaced.
