We accept the following credit cards via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to process payment via credit card. Just follow the links when you are transferred to the PayPal website to process your payment.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
If there is a problem with processing your payment, or PayPal quarantines your payment, we will contact you via the email address you provide. Delays to processing your order due to your credit card not being able to be processed are beyond CustomIcing's control and responsibility. Please be sure we can contact you via the email address provided, as we will not contact via other methods until 48 hours of no email reply. |

We have a very fast turn around time, to cater to our customers busy liftstyles. Orders are processed overnight and are dispatched within 2 business days, however most orders are dispatched the very next business day.
Delivery time is as per the Ausralia Post delivery schedule, which can be seen on the Australia Post website. Postage prices are calculated by the weight of the items purchased and the location they are being shipped to.
To place an order you will need to upload your image file if you are purchasing a Custom Icing edible image. This is not required for licensed character edible images.
Please ensure image files and under 2Mb in size, so they upload fast and will be suitable for use on icing.
The Custom Icing images have a shelf life of over 3 months, you can order in advance and be sure you are all organised for your special occasion. Please feel free to contact us should you require more information. |

As the product sold on Custom Icing.com.au are customised, refunds are only given as required by the law (ie: if the product is deemed to be faulty) or a replacement is available.
In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately.
Please note: If we receive a refund request, without prior having heard from you on the day the icing was used, via phone (our contact phone number is listed in the Contact Us section of our website) or via email, we will not see your request as being handled with due care, as further assistance was not sought.
To determine if your edible image is faulty, we will request you to explain in as much detail as possible, step by step, your experience with your edible image. From this it is very easy for us to see if there was a fault with the product or not.
If you rushed and/or did not read the instructions in full before using your edible image and you inadvertantly damaged your Custom Icing, we will not be and cannot be held responsible.
Please contact us if you require assistance to avoid your Custom Image being damaged or ruined, we are here to help and are fully aware that cakes can be decorated at all hours of the day and night.
The product is very easy to use, please read all instructions. |

Parcels are sent via Australia Post, Registered Parcel Post, Express Post or Express Post Platinum.
Pricing -- is from $2 Australia Wide. All pricing can be see in our FAQ section.
Delivery Addresses -- We use the delivery addesss as it is entered into your order, please ensure it is correct as an incorrect address can and will cause delivery delays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Any guarantees are backed soley by Australia Post. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Custom Icing.com.au only as an estimate as we cannot be held responsible for items once they are dispatched. We encourage you to order in a timely manner leaving plenty of time for transit, to avoid delays caused by postal strikes, natural events or any other that may cause mail being delayed. |
